I manage two places on the Sydney coast. The photos took an afternoon; the listings took three weekends, and the house manual never got written at all. Guests kept asking the same six questions, and I kept answering them one message at a time. Staylist is the tool I wanted then: something that looks at the photos I already have and writes the listing, the manual and the messages in one pass — so the writing stops being the reason a place sits unpublished.

Before you sign up.
- Do I need design or writing skills?
- No. You upload photos and, if you want, a few basics. Everything you'd otherwise write is written for you, formatted and ready to paste.
- Is the copy unique to my place?
- Yes. Each pack is written from your photos and your basics, so it describes what's actually in the room. There are no templates behind it — and it's instructed never to claim an amenity it can't see or you haven't stated.
- What languages does it write in?
- English today. Additional languages are in development, and we'd rather say that plainly than sell you a language that isn't ready.
- Can I edit the output?
- Always. Copy any block, change whatever you like, or regenerate the property in a different tone and keep the version you prefer.
