Billing questions
The money part, plainly.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly plans bill every month and you can cancel any time — you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Annual plans bill once a year and cost two months less than paying monthly.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
- Yes, either direction, whenever you like. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the end of your current period so you don't lose what you've paid for. Your properties and their packs stay in your account.
- What counts as a generation?
- One run of the engine on one property: it reads your photos and returns the full pack — title, summary, description blocks, amenities, neighbourhood, house manual and guest messages. Regenerating in a different tone is a new generation. Copying blocks, editing text and exporting PDFs are free and unlimited on every plan.
- Do you offer refunds?
- The free tier exists so you can test the engine on your own photos before paying anything. If a paid plan isn't right, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll sort it out — no form to fill in.
