A small Sydney company, one stubborn problem.

Paul King manages short-stay places on the Sydney coast. The photos took an afternoon; the listings took three weekends, and the house manual never got written at all. He built Staylist so listing-writing stops being the reason a place sits unpublished.

Founded in October 2025 in Sydney, Australia, Staylist is the tool Paul wanted then: something that looks at the photos already on his phone and writes the listing, the manual and the guest messages in one pass.
